Orders & Availability
All orders placed with Allomart Pharmacy are subject to medicine and product availability. We make every effort to keep stock information accurate, but availability, pricing, and pack sizes may change without notice. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order.
Prescriptions
Prescription (Schedule H / H1) medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. You are responsible for providing a genuine, legible, and current prescription. We may refuse to dispense any prescription medicine that does not meet legal requirements.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For wholesale orders, GST invoices are provided. Any discounts, offers, or wholesale rates are subject to eligibility and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Delivery
Free home delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Jaipur and is subject to order value, location, and product type. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive medicines at the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines and healthcare products cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrect items reported promptly. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
